1) To minimize risk by establishing quickly a solid pipeline of novel pharmaceuticals with comprehensive pre-clinical research data.

Identify promising early-stage therapeutics from research institutes, and biotech companies in developing countries (e.g., China, India)

2) To successfully accelerate Phase 1 and 2 clinical development time lines

Global Phase 1 and 2 clinical development plan executed by a small, but highly qualified and experienced group of professionals in our management team

Focus on clinical research operation efficiency, rather than focusing on specific therapeutic areas

Support by an extensive resource network consisting of experts such as clinical research, regulatory affairs, CRO, and CMO

3) To minimize infrastructure requirements and the R&D costs

Establish strategic partnership in developing countries (e.g., China, India) to ensure a continuous source of promising R&D pipeline for the future

Actively seek co-development opportunities to reduce R&D cost

Outsource appropriate R&D works to low-cost countries

4) To facilitate out-licensing or acquisition deals for successful drug candidates to realize timely return-on-investment

Focus on products that fill pharma and biotech company late stage clinical research (e.g., Phase 3 CT) pipelines
